This site is not iBAS++
Never enter your iBAS++ password, user ID or OTP here. We do not ask for them and there is no login for iBAS++ on this site. Sign in only at ibas.finance.gov.bd.
Open the real iBAS++iBAS++ stands for Integrated Budget and Accounting System. It is the government's internet-based financial management software.
Budgets, allotments, online bills, payment by cheque or EFT, and accounting all run on it.
For employees: pay bills, pension, GPF, loans and advances, and service records.
Online pay bills produce GPF, loan and income tax statements. Leave calculation and applications, and house loans, are also listed as e-services.
Type the address yourself: ibas.finance.gov.bd. Check that it ends in finance.gov.bd.
The pay order prints www.ibas.finance.gov.bd. In our check on 6 November 2026 the www address did not open and the one without www did. If it fails for you too, drop the www.
Keep your registered mobile with you; the OTP comes to this number. If you are abroad it comes to the email registered in iBAS++.
The manuals mention Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, and suggest Firefox.
You need: iBAS++ user ID, password and OTP.
Open ibas.finance.gov.bd.
Enter your user ID under Username / Login Id, and your password under Password.
Type the text shown below (the captcha) and press Login. If it is unreadable, Try another gives a new one.
Sign in with the one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile.
You need: NID number, date of birth and OTP.
Open ibas.finance.gov.bd. Below the login box is a link, Pay Fixation-2026 GoB Staff - Running (Without User ID); new recruits have Pay Fixation-2026 New Recruitment (All Grades).
A non-gazetted employee uses the NID number and date of birth.
Sign in with the OTP sent to the mobile registered in iBAS++.
We have not seen the screen behind that link, as we did not sign in. This method is stated for pay fixation; ask your DDO whether it also works for viewing pay statements.
To get a user ID, your details must already be in iBAS++ as an officer.
On the login page press Don't have an account yet? Register Yourself.
Choose a user ID: English letters, numbers and underscore only. If it is taken, try another.
Enter your NID and the mobile number the accounts office has on record, type the captcha and press Register.
Your user ID and a one-time password arrive by SMS. Sign in with them.
The first login asks you to change the password. Put the SMS password under Existing Password, then your new one twice.
We found no official source for a menu called “pay slip”. The official guide describes reports on your own pay bill, listed below.
If you submit your own pay bill: under Reports, open Online Pay Bill Reports.
The list has Details of My Online Pay Bill, My GPF Accounts Slip, My GPF Sub-ledger, My Loans and Advances Sub-ledger, List of My Online Pay Bills, Details of My Festival Bill, My Payments and Recoveries and My Income Tax Statement.
Pick the report, the fiscal year and month, set language and format, and press Run Report. To print a filed bill, use Details of My Online Pay Bill.
Non-gazetted pay bills go through the DDO module, so ask your DDO or accounts section for your statement first.
An unofficial site gives this path for DDOs: Report, DDO Monitoring Report, Employee Salary Statement (DDO), then fiscal year and the employee's NID. We could not match it to any official source.
The App Store lists an iBAS Pay app under Finance Division Bangladesh. The listing says nothing about pay slips or login, so we cannot confirm what it shows.
Go to the Online Pay Bill Submission menu.
Pick the fiscal year and month and press Go to see the bill. Figures cannot be changed here.
Press Submit and a number comes to your mobile and email. Enter it to save the bill and get a token number.
Addresses: www.ibas.finance.gov.bd or www.payfixation.gov.bd. The second also takes you to the iBAS++ login page.
Sign in and fill in your fixation form under the Pay Fixation option.
With correct details, your new basic pay shows on screen before it goes to the DDO.
Submit it to the DDO and an SMS comes to your registered mobile.
The DDO forwards gazetted statements to the accounts office. For non-gazetted staff the DDO enters details from the service book, forwards it, and sends a printed copy with the service book.
Once the accounts office checks and approves it online, a verification number is generated. The statement needs no manual signature from that office.
Pay follows the final statement; any over- or under-payment is adjusted.
The login page links a Pay Fixation-2026 Tutorial on YouTube. We could not find the separate detailed guide the order mentions.
This notice was in the login page popup on 6 November 2026. It will date quickly.
Fixations approved by 25 October can be billed on the 2026 scale from 28 October; July to September arrears are paid manually and adjusted.
If the fixation was still being processed at the accounts office on 5 November, the October bill is on the 2015 scale; July to October arrears are paid manually and adjusted.
Approvals between 26 October and 5 November have two routes; see the full table on the login page.
Since 1 July 2024, civil staff file daily, travel and transfer travel bills through the iBAS++ Execution Module. Manual bills need prior Finance Division approval.
The login page has a separate TA-DA Staff Login link. We have not seen the steps inside.
The manual is written for Self Drawing Officers.
After login choose Budget Execution. Menu: Budget Execution > Employee Bank Account Change request Entry (Self) > Entry.
Enter your NID and press Go. Your current account appears by itself.
Enter the new account number, type, bank and branch, and upload a scan of the cheque book's first page.
Press Send Code, enter the code that reaches your registered mobile, and Submit.
The DDO then checks and approves it and sends it to the accounts office.
Do not tell anyone your password, colleagues included. If someone must cover your work during leave, permission is changed through the IT branch of the CGA's office.
Do not use iBAS++ on public computers such as those in shops or cyber cafes.
Never let the browser save the password. Keep antivirus up to date on office computers.
Change the password at least every three months, and do not write it where others could find it.
Avoid names, office names, birth dates or 1234; mix capitals, small letters, numbers and symbols. The system refuses anything under 6 characters.
If you see a menu you should not have after login, tell the help desk at once.
No NID: register for one before pay fixation.
NID birth date differs from service records: correct the NID to match the service record before pay fixation.
No OTP: it goes only to the number registered in iBAS++. If yours has changed, contact the accounts office; per the manual, that office enters the mobile number.
Wrong figure on a pay bill: you cannot edit it. Contact the accounts office to change pay or deduction details.
The month is missing: once a month's pay has been claimed, it no longer appears in the list.
Forgotten password or user ID: the login page has Forgot Password? and Forgot User ID links. We have not seen the steps after that.
Registration fails: it will not work unless your details are in iBAS++ against your NID. Ask the accounts office.
We found no official iBAS++ helpline number, so none is given here. Check any number you find elsewhere.
First, your office's DDO: bills, fixation forms and bank account changes all pass through them.
Then your accounts office: they correct pay, deduction and mobile number details.
For user permissions, the IT branch of the CGA's office.
The Finance Division's iBAS++ page has a “technical support” heading but no number, only a contact page and a feedback form.
For GPF and pension: the Chief Accounts Officer, Pension and Fund Management site lists hotline +880 9609 000 555. It is not an iBAS++ helpline.
The login page links iBAS++ on YouTube (youtube.com/@ibas) and Facebook (facebook.com/ibasfd).
