1. The first deponent is the lawful owner of the vehicle described as: Motorcycle, registration no. ……………………, engine no. ……………………, chassis no. ……………………, model ……………………, year ……………………, colour ……………………, …………………… cc.
2. On ……… the first deponent sold that vehicle to the second deponent for Tk ……… and has received the full price.
3. The vehicle was handed over to the second deponent on ……… and has remained in their possession since that date.
4. So far as the deponents are aware, the vehicle is not the subject of any suit, mortgage or encumbrance.
5. All liability arising up to the date of handover is the first deponent's, and everything arising after it is the second deponent's.
6. Neither deponent has any objection to the transfer of ownership on BRTA's record, and both agree to give whatever assistance is needed for it.
