From 1 July 2025, a 10% special benefit for grades 1–9 and 15% for grades 10–20; minimum Tk 1,000 for serving staff and Tk 500 for pensioners.

From 1 July 2024, civil staff must file daily and travel allowance bills through the iBAS++ Execution Module; no manual bills without Finance Division approval.

Four staff categories and grade-based daily allowance rates, with 30% extra in the listed high-cost places.
Under para 16 of the 2026 order, existing TA rules continue until further direction, and the Finance Division will issue a separate order revising the rates. This will change when it does.

A new recruit who joins on any date in the festival month or the month before gets a festival allowance equal to the post's basic pay.

‘বাংলা নববর্ষ ভাতা’-এর হার নির্ধারণ
An allowance of 20% of the basic pay drawn in March each year; monthly net pensioners get 20% of net pension. This notification does not cover those who surrendered 100% of their pension.
Para 14 of the 2026 order sets 15%. Under para 1(3)(ঞ), though, the amount due up to 30 June 2026 continues until 31 December 2027, and the new rate starts on 1 January 2028. A separate 2017 notification for 100% surrenderers is on the Finance Division's list but not in this archive.

‘শিক্ষা সহায়ক ভাতা’-এর হার নির্ধারণ
Tk 500 a month per child, up to Tk 1,000 for two. If both spouses are employed, it counts for one only; needs the institution head's certificate and a birth certificate.
This memo set the child age limit at 21. Para 18 of the 2026 order makes it 23, and otherwise tells offices to follow this memo and S.R.O. No. 40-Law/2018.
